本文报道了吉林大学第二医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的1例鼻唇带状疱疹致眶尖综合征的病例，患者首诊主诉为头痛及视力丧失，初诊为"鼻窦炎"，随着病情进展逐渐出现口唇疱疹增多，考虑带状疱疹病毒感染导致眶尖综合征，应用抗病毒治疗后好转。.
