糖尿病足是糖尿病患者致残、致死的主要原因之一，是导致患者及其家庭以及社会负担加重的重大公共卫生问题。糖尿病足的管理"防重于治"，因此在基层医院中应该加强对基层医师的培训，做好对糖尿病足的早期筛查、评估，以早期发现高危足并及早干预，避免足溃疡的发生。本文就《国家基层糖尿病防治管理指南（2018）》糖尿病慢性并发症检查之糖尿病足章节进行解读，以期为基层医务人员积极主动的进行糖尿病高危足的筛查及科学的评估提供相关的知识和建议。.
