心脏再同步化治疗（CRT）可改善慢性心力衰竭（简称心衰）患者心脏不协调运动，恢复左、右心室和室内的同步激动，增加心排血量，改善心功能。但心房颤动和窦性心动过速可能导致CRT无反应，而室性心动过速和心室颤动导致心脏再同步化治疗除颤器（CRT-D）反复放电增加患者痛苦，电池耗竭过快，不利于预后。因此，除强化药物治疗外，可选择导管消融治疗。本文综述CRT术后心律失常导管消融现状。.
