冠状动脉瘘是指冠状动脉主干或其分支与某一心腔或心脏周围血管间存在异常交通，是一种少见疾病，瘘入室间隔形成室间隔夹层瘤则更为罕见。本文报道了一例无临床症状的右冠状动脉瘘入室间隔形成室间隔夹层瘤，并结合文献对病因及诊断等进行了分析。超声心动图对室间隔夹层瘤的诊断具有重要意义，可提供其形态学和血流动力学信息，并明确病因。.
