高血压是动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病（ASCVD）重要的危险因素之一，对于未合并心血管疾病但心血管事件危险水平明显增高的高血压患者，是否应该使用阿司匹林，是临床医生广泛关心的问题。笔者结合现有证据对阿司匹林在高血压患者心血管疾病一级预防中的应用价值进行了讨论。.
