幽门螺杆菌（H. pylori）感染导致的诸多胃肠道及胃肠道外疾病给我国社会和家庭带来了巨大的经济和卫生保健负担，因此，H. pylori感染的防控是我国社会的一个重要课题。目前国内外对全家庭H. pylori感染及相关胃黏膜病变防控方面的研究较少。进一步加强以家庭为单位H. pylori感染防治的临床研究，探讨H. pylori感染的发生、发展规律、并对感染的后续疾病及时诊治，是具有较高临床和预防保健价值的策略。这方面工作的开展将会为我国H. pylori感染的防控和相关疾病的预防起到积极而重要的作用。.
