乳腺癌是目前危及女性健康的最常见的恶性肿瘤，大约5%~10%的乳腺癌患者初诊时即为转移性乳腺癌。晚期转移性乳腺癌是不可治愈的疾病，治疗目的在于缓解和控制症状、提高生活质量，综合治疗是基石，外科局部治疗有争议。本文通过复习文献探讨初治转移性乳腺癌原发灶手术与否，什么条件实施手术等热点问题进行了综述。.
