程序性死亡受体-1（PD-1）及其配体是一条重要的免疫负调节通路，在调节机体T细胞活化和增殖、自我识别和耐受及免疫介导的组织损伤中发挥重要作用，其异常可导致人体自身免疫的异常，在肿瘤、慢性病毒感染、移植免疫及自身免疫病发病机制中起到了重要作用。本文对该通路参与系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎、原发性干燥综合征、强直性脊柱炎等风湿免疫性疾病的研究进展进行综述，总结其在遗传易感性、疾病发生发展中的重要作用。未来，对该通路的调控将成为风湿免疫性疾病的新思路。.
