Takotsubo综合征发病率低，急性期易与急性冠状动脉综合征混淆。本例患者因腹痛入院，检查提示腹腔大量积血、积液，手术中见升结肠动脉瘤破裂出血，行升结肠切除术和回肠造口术，术后心电图、肌钙蛋白呈现急性心肌梗死改变，病情稳定后行冠状动脉造影显示冠状动脉未见狭窄。实时三维超声心动图和左心室造影显示与Takotsubo一致的典型心尖部球样膨出及左心室反常运动，术后1个月复查实时三维超声心动图提示心脏形态及功能恢复，Takotsubo综合征诊断明确。.
