减盐是WHO推荐的防控慢性病的有效策略之一，关于减盐的研究证据层出不穷，有些问题尚存争议。本文综述了人群食盐摄入现状、盐的摄入来源、盐与健康的关系、减盐的成本效益、减盐目标与策略的相关研究证据，对目前争议的主要问题，包括是否应该全民减盐、盐摄入量的评估方法、该不该推广低钠盐、减盐是否会影响碘的摄入、有效的减盐措施等进行阐述，并介绍了国内外相关减盐行动，以期为今后开展减盐行动提供参考。.
