异性性传播已成为我国HIV的最主要传播途径，暗娼作为商业异性性传播的主体，不坚持使用安全套是其感染和传播HIV的主要高危行为。本文对暗娼人口学特征、安全套使用的协商、性伴类型、性交方式、暴力、HIV检测等影响商业性行为中安全套使用因素的研究进行综述，为暗娼人群的HIV预防干预、确定未来研究工作的方向提供参考。.
