目的： 运用心肺耦合测评分析技术观察原发性高血压伴睡眠障碍患者血压变异度与睡眠稳定性的相关性。 方法： 纳入初诊原发性高血压伴睡眠障碍患者88例，病例来源于中日友好医院国际部和心内科。采用基于心肺耦合技术的便携式睡眠质量监测仪和24 h动态血压监测仪监测患者睡眠稳定性指标及24 h动态血压，采集相关数据，分析血压变异度与睡眠稳定性的相关关系。 结果： 夜间收缩压标准差、收缩压变异系数、收缩压谷峰比、舒张压标准差、舒张压变异系数与浅睡总时间呈正相关关系(r＝0.185，0.24，0.237，0.43，0.276，P<0.05)。 结论： 血压变异程度与睡眠稳定性有关，尤其夜间血压变异度受浅睡眠影响较大，浅睡总时间越长，夜间血压波动性越大。.
