男性不育影响着全世界约15%的人群。非梗阻性无精子症是男性不育最棘手的问题，尚无有效药物治疗，主要依靠取精手术来获得精子，其取精结果成功与否术前无法判断。近年来随着男性不育检测技术的不断发展，陆续出现了激素、非激素类蛋白、核酸等层面的新的生物学标志物，这些生物学标志物对于男性不育都有一定的评估价值，对于显微取精结果也有一定的预测能力。本文就现有的与非梗阻性无精子症显微取精结果方面有关的生物学标志物做一综述。.
