Malignancy of the colon with tuberculosis of the colon is an extremely rare association. One such case has been reported in the Indian literature. However, to make a definite diagnosis one has to rule out the possibility of sarcoid like granulomas that are seen adjacent to malignant tumours or in the draining lymph node of the tumour. One such case is reported here for its rarity.
