随着甲状腺癌发病率的不断攀升，甲状腺癌治疗日益规范。但部分甲状腺癌治疗方案的制订仍存在不同的理解：如手术时机、术式选择、观察策略，主要包括两类：一类是经过家系筛查确诊的家族性甲状腺癌突变基因携带者，包括甲状腺髓样癌和非髓样甲状腺癌；另一类是经过细针穿刺细胞学检查确诊并采取观察方案的甲状腺微小癌患者，本文就中国这几类患者的诊治现状进行探讨。.
