阴茎硬结症的治疗一直是困扰患者和泌尿男科医师的难题。目前口服药物多数被认为无效，剩下的方法需要严格掌握适应症，有的尚存争议。而最终的手术治疗则可能伴发阴茎缩短或勃起功能障碍等并发症。溶组织羧菌胶原酶被证实能够有效溶解阴茎海绵体斑块的作用，被美国食品药品管理局批准成为第一个用于治疗阴茎硬结症的药物。本文旨在介绍这种新的阴茎硬结症治疗方式的特点、安全性、有效性及治疗方法。以期让更多的泌尿男科大夫和患者受益。.
