Employment agreements, written for partners, associates, and senior administrative staff members, provide clear guidance and establish a meeting of the minds on those critical issues for the efficient operation of a healthcare practice. This article outlines the rationale for the employment agreement and describes the basic issues to be considered and included in a good employment agreement.
