Managing a security contract: the LMIPS way

The key to successfully managing a security contract is to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the security vendor(s), according to the author. In this article he describes how experienced security professionals representing both clients and the contractor, working together in a clearly defined program, are successfully providing security for a large and geographically dispersed health care entity.
