Аннотация. Описывается уникальное наблюдение гигантского уратного образования в брюшной полости со своеобразным воспалительным процессом с гигантскими клетками и более мелких уратных накоплений в легких и тонкой кишке без суставных изменений и поражения почек у больного с терминальной стадией сердечной недостаточности.
