To use autogenous artery to repair parotid duct defect, and to investigate the clinical effect. Anesthesia epidural catheter was used to support the parotid duct and a segment of superficial temporal artery was harvested to reconstruct the defect of the parotid duct. The patients were asked to revisit 1 month, 3 months, half a year and one year postoperatively. No swelling and salivary fistula was noted. The parotid ducts were successfully reconstructed with good patency and normal secretion. Using anesthesia epidural catheter to support the parotid duct, autogenous artery is excellent for repair of parotid duct defect.
