At Sud Echirolles general hospital, a multi-professional team from the cardiac rehabilitation departments joined forces in order to provide patients with high-quality information. The objective is to help patients gain better knowledge of the pathology, to understand the medicines and treatments and to prevent risks linked to their return home, to stress or to noncompliance with treatments.
