The results of the Y-shaped anastomosis during resection of the colon left half with a resectable tumor on a background of acute colonic occlusion ileus in 35 patients were analyzed. Postoperative complications occurred in 16 patients. The Y-shaped anastomosis formation is an operation of choice during the resection treatment of colon cancer complicated by occlusion ileus. Carrying out such interventions poses a number of benefits when the second (recovery) stage of colon cancer surgical treatment.
