A woman given, as treatment for seborrhoeic eczema, 1 ml of a 2.5% solution of vitamin B-6 by muscle had an acute anaphylactic reaction. She had not previously shown intolerance to foods or drugs. A warning of the possible risk of injecting the vitamin is given.
