Interdependence of financing by budget, self-financing and financing by credit in state farms

With the changing over of the sovkhozy to the system of fully economic accountability, their very complicated system of financing from the budget, including the distribution of profits, has been considerably simplified. In particular, financing from their own resources and through bank credits have attained greater importance. The new system has also a number of inadequacies, as in the restrictions on the utilization of their own resources, in the conditions for bank credits and in the regulations concerning the internal relations of these three types of financing. Proposals are made for improving and simplifying the system of financing the sovkhozy.
