Diagnosing and managing Cushing's syndrome can be challenging, especially cyclic ectopic ACTH-secreting tumours. A case of cyclic Cushing's syndrome due to a bronchial carcinoid with brain metastasis is presented which responded very well to long-term somatostatin analogue treatment.
