Pulmonary sequestration is a rare congenital pulmonary anomaly that can be diagnosed in utero. Report a New case. In this case report of extralobar pulmonary sequestration, the authors report a case revealed by hydrothorax and describe this disease appearance in different imaging technique (Doppler ultrasonography, magnetic resonance imaging and postnatal multislice CT angiography).
