The development of the Moscow emergency medical care service depends on the highly social significance of the investigation of mass injuries under force majeure situations and lethality structure. The elaborated and approved algorithm of providing high-quality medical care under mass admission of force-majeure situation victims to the municipal emergency medical care hospital is discussed.
