In prescribing a medicine for patient by tubal nourishment, crushing of the tablet is frequently instructed. However, crushing of the tablet and de-capsulation caused a lot of problems to keep maintaining the medicinal characteristics, which depend on the drug form. And a large burden of responsibility is loaded on the nurse upon preparation of the medicine. Since adopting a simple suspension method became possible to administer medicine safely to the patient, the nurse's responsibility has decreased, and an administration of medicine was efficient.
