To study the characters and etiology of oral ulcer and to propose the ways of prevention. Summarize the 52 cases of oral ulcer in the earthquake area were summarized. The disease was related to the psychological tension, living regular and bad conditions. When the comprehensive therapies finished, the clinical curative rate was 82.7%(43/52), the efficacy was 15.4%(8/52), only one case was ineffective. Those patients who were diagnosed oral ulcer in the earthquake area need comprehensive therapies, including getting rid of the intensive emotion, improving the living conditions and paying attention to rest.
