Polycyclorchis eudocimi n.g., n.sp. (Cyclocoelidae) from the trachea of Eudocimus albus in Louisiana and Florida, USA, differs from other genera of the family in having numerous testes scattered along the inner margin of the intestinal ring, small alveolate depressions on the ventral surface, and a bipartite metraterm. Eggs hatched almost immediately in tap-water and the miracidium and redia are described. The redia occupies the entire space within the miracidial sheath.
