The analysis of surgical treatment of 98 patients with complicated ventral hernias showed that in preparation for the surgery should be conducted ultrasound investigation, thorough preparation for surgery with dynamic pneumatic compression, as well as measures to avoid purulent inflammatory complications during the surgery and post operation period, improves the outcome of treatment of ventral hernia.
