The choice of the surgical tactic in the treatment of acute purulent-necrotizing pancreatitis

Experience of treatment of 70 patients, suffering postnecrotic complications of an acute pancreatits, was presented. The method of three-dimension surgical reconstruction of purulent-necrotic focus, basing on the ultrasound investigation data analysis, was proposed. Three groups of patients were delineated accordance with pancreatic necrotic affection spread. The infectioning criterion, depending on the necrotic focus volume, was elaborated. Indications for surgical treatment were strictly directed on the basis of focus infectioning, it had envisaged the performance of programmed staged miniinvasive operative interventions.
