Homoplastic lamellar corneal-penetrating scleral grafts were used in the treatment of 4 German Shepherd dogs with advanced pannus. All grafts remained viable and neovascularization occurred to some degree in all grafts. Beneficial results were evident in 3 of the 4 dogs.
