Bilateral multifocal idiopathic central serous retinopathy: a case report

A 46-year-old man was referred to the eye clinic with a one-week history of micropsia, metamorphosia, and decreased vision in his left eye. Clinical examination was within normal limits for the anterior segment. The posterior segment examination revealed multiple areas of neurosensory retinal detachment in both fundi. Fundus fluorescein angiography confirmed the diagnosis, with areas of multiple leaks. This case is an atypical presentation of central serous retinopathy with bilateral multiple RPE detachment leading to foci of neurosensory retinal detachment with active leaking points.
