A method of computer processing of survey paranasal x-rays (SPXR) is proposed for diagnosis of maxillary inflammation. Paranasal SPXR of 97 patients with maxillary sinusitis (MS) were compared to SPXR of 21 healthy subjects. Verification by the standard methods confirmed the diagnosis made by computer processing of SPXR in all the cases.
