The article contains a vivid description of a modern surgical technique used to correct the scaphocephalic cranial deformations, i.e. pi-plasty method. The surgery is described, in an easy-to-understand manner ("the way I do it"), from positioning the patient on the surgical table and making an incision to sewing up the skin. The real photos of each surgical stage facilitate, for the reader, the perception of surgical peculiarities.
