The nation's first cooperative effort by an international labor union, industry, medical science and government to conduct a preventive hygiene research program for insulation workers has been in productive operation for a year and a half. In the development of specific techniques and equipment to control and prevent exposure to dusts, as well as in the experience of cooperative support, the program will have application far beyond the insulation industry.
