Errors in cast reorientation may result in fabrication of a removable partial denture with a different path of insertion than the dentist intended. This study utilized tripoding and scoring to compare the accuracy of a new method of cast reorientation. The results of this study support the accuracy of a new device for recording and reproducing cast orientation on a survey table over conventional methods.
