The technique of suturing perforated gastroduodenal ulcer with ?-form sutures and closure of the perforated orifice with the omental flap on a feeding pedicle is described. According to the technique involved 50 patients were operated upon. There were no lethal issues. The suggested technique was tested experimentally on 20 dogs with favourable results.
