Supracondylar fracture of the humerus varies from a simple transverse fracture without displacement to a compound fracture with gross displacement and neurovascular complications. The author presents a comprehensive series consisting of 237 children up to age 12 who sustained the fracture. Treatment is discussed and the results compared with other published series.
