The authors share their experience in the operation of the maxillary sinuses by using osteoplastic graft. This technique allows saving or reconstructing of the front sinus wall. It makes possible isolation of soft tissues from the upper maxilla and preventing infection and other complications. We didn't find any pathological changes in the 2 year follow-up period. We recommend and find this technique reliable.
