Clinicians and support staff struggled with the need to carefully track the clinical information flowing through the practice in a paper-based system, while at the same time providing the best possible patient care. A browser-based software application automated the practice's complete workflow system--from scheduling and referrals management to lab and radiology results. Consolidated information and workflow management means everyone spends less time chasing paper and more time caring for patients. Because today's information technology moves in a rapid sequence of incremental innovations, you can't wait for a "final" solution before you begin to automate.
