It is thought that the pain control is tried naturally in a lot of countries, but it is distress to know detailed fact of the present situation and the prospect. Nerve block therapy developed really in Japan is felt so that it is understood in Southeast Asia than the U.S.A. and West Europe. But in late years, it is thought as revision on nerve block began in Europe and America various countries. Recently, mechanisms of pain becoming clear, but administration of NSAIDs to every pain that was wrong therapy are still continued. In the pain treatment in every country, drug developed based on mechanism of pain and central analgesics will become center in the near future.
