A review of the literature was given on the effects of sex, estrogenic chemicals and other sex hormones in combination with estrogens on the development of mammary and uterine cancer in exptl. animals. Atypical changes in the genital tissues of malemale and femalefemale, adenomatous changes in the testes and pituitaries, and the development of lymphoid and connective tissue tumors in animals so treated were described.
