A system for comprehensive evaluation of the work of hospital therapists, based on the qualimetric principles and methods, is presented. Comparative quantitative analysis of data characterizing the physical activity of a physician and the normative standard parameters are used. The work is evaluated by its chief characteristics: quantity, complexity, and quality. Other signs of labor, significant for its type and results, are taken into consideration. The system is relatively easy to use and optimizes the management of labor.
