A case of haemolytic reaction to substitutive treatment of a patient with haemophilia A with blood group A Rh cde(-) with Kryobulin (produced by Immuno) a concentrate of factor VIII is reported. The cause of haemolysis was, most probably, presence of isoantibodies anti-A in the concentrate used.
