1) We analyze some case of anal fistulae not secondary to criptitis. 2) Those originated by tuberculosis can be satisfactorily operated when the specific treatment is also applied. 3) It is necessary to detect and treat the ischiopubic osteomyelitis cases which should maintain the fistular processes. 4) Malignancy can born on the fistular traject of the chronic cases. 5) Global study of each proctologic patient can not be neglected. (i) Every resected material must pass a complete pathological study, without exceptions.
