Psychotropic drug lerivon (mianserin hydrochloride) was tested in patients with psychovegetative disorders as a result of surgical menopause (postovariectomy syndrome). The drug relieved emotional and vegetative symptoms and, therefore, can be used in affective disorders in surgical menopause.
