The author elaborated algorithm method for ergonomic optimization of worker's position in a system "human-machine-environment". Use of the algorithm tested and adjusted by the author enables to make decisions in management, employment, creation of new equipment. New working environment lowers strain and therefore betters functional parameters, creates resources for higher performance and decreases occupational morbidity.
