Imaging technique strategies in abdominal traumas should be aimed at determining the best strategy allowing a reliable and quick diagnosis of a potential surgical lesion. The introduction and development of modern imaging methods including CT and US thus nowadays, have a clear impact on the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal traumas.
